Plush, white leather couches beckon and images by iconic rock photograper Neil Zlowzower adorn the walls.
It transcends a traditional rock venue in both look and feel while maintaining the raw energy that makes a club
rock. Live music is presented in an intimate setting that provides the hottest spot to catch celebrities
and rockers hanging out late night.

| Both artists and fans were in mind when designing Vine Street Lounge. The 5,000 sq ft, split-level
club provides spectacular stage viewing from any seat or standing location. Fans enjoy a top-of-the-line sound and
lighting system, 20 ft grand bar, outdoor smoking patio with bar and ten 42 in. HD plasma screens that bring the
performance into every corner of the club. The lounge elevates the concept of a rock venue to new heights.

| The Vine Street Lounge stage welcomes national and local artists of all musical genres. From
soulful blues acts to cutting-edge rock bands, this is the place to see and be seen. The over-sized Green Room is
practically a club in itself—offering 42 in. HD plasma monitors, multiple couches, private restroom, a large one-way
window overlooking the club and an exclusive balcony near the stage for VIP guests.

 Situated on the historic corner of
Hollywood and Vine, this 250-capacity live music venue features superior sound and state-of-the-art lighting creating an
intimate performance space and crowd engaging environment.
Whether an intimate gathering of 50 people or a blow-out bash for up to 300 guests, Vine Street Lounge provides the perfect
location to host a private event. Frequent gatherings held in the club include CD releases, movie wraps, video screenings,
band showcases and after parties. A full-catering menu and a friendly, attentive event staff are guaranteed to make your
next event a success.
For the convenience of its patrons, Vine Street Lounge offers valet parking in front of the club any day of the week.
Adjacent to the Lounge is the Hollywood & Vine Restaurant. The restaurant provides a 1940’s ambiance; bringing back the
glamour and style of Hollywood’s Golden Era. Hollywood & Vine can be reserved separately for exclusive social gatherings
or in conjunction with the Vine Street Lounge for full-scale events. Maximum capacity of both venues combined is 1,000
guests.
